Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

RasaMall currently ships within India to all states and union territories. International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated on product pages.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow 2 to 10 business days for order processing and dispatch. Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order products may require additional processing time; any special timelines will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days depending on your location and the courier partner. Delivery timelines do not include weekends or public holidays. Rural or remote addresses may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

Flat rate: Orders below ₹999 incur a shipping fee of ₹150 per order. Free shipping: Orders of ₹999 and above qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email / SMS that includes a tracking number and courier details. Track your shipment via the courier partner’s website or app.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, RasaMall will attempt redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment if the delivery failure was due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged on arrival: If you receive a damaged package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage (product + packaging) at support@rasamall.com. We will work with the courier and the seller to resolve the issue.

Lost packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (unless otherwise specified on the product page). Electronics, personal care items, and hygiene-sensitive products may have different return rules — see product page for exceptions.

Condition for Returns: Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with all packaging, tags, and accessories. Opened consumables, perishable goods, or items marked “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.

Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchanges will be processed depending on stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping Charges: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), RasaMall will cover the return shipping. For buyer-initiated returns (change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged & Lost Shipments: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund as applicable. For lost shipments, contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner.

Additional Terms

Pre-orders / Backorders: Products listed as pre-order will display estimated dispatch dates. Pre-order orders cannot be canceled after purchase unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order follows the returns policy above.

Warranty & Manufacturer Claims: Products that include a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the manufacturer’s terms. RasaMall will assist with warranty claims where possible.

Force Majeure: RasaMall is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, etc.).
