Return, Exchange & Withdrawal Policy

1. Standard Return Window (India)

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

2. Right of Withdrawal — Germany Customers

(§ 312g BGB / EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

This section applies to all consumers in Germany during RasaMall’s temporary Germany availability period.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date you physically receive the goods — without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a written statement to us before the 14-day deadline expires:

  • Email: support@rasamall.com
  • Include: Your full name, order number, date of order, and date of delivery.

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below — it is not mandatory but available for your convenience.

3. Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Reported within the applicable return window.

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods or opened consumables.
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Digital content once delivery has begun with your explicit consent.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • For Germany customers: Upon valid withdrawal, we refund the full purchase price including standard outbound delivery charges within 14 days of your withdrawal notice or return of goods, whichever is later (§ 357 BGB).
  • Exchanges: Depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be offered.

Note for Germany customers: Return shipping to India from Germany may involve international courier costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. RasaMall will not be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

6. Statutory Warranty — Germany (§ 437–438 BGB)

Consumers in Germany are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery. If goods are defective or do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement (at our choice).
  • A price reduction or contract rescission if repair/replacement fails or is impossible.

Contact support@rasamall.com with your order number to initiate a warranty claim.

7. Additional Terms

  • Cancellations: Cancel before dispatch by emailing support@rasamall.com. Once dispatched, the returns policy above applies.
  • Pre-orders/Backorders: Estimated dispatch dates shown on product pages. Pre-orders generally cannot be canceled after placement unless stated otherwise.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Products with a manufacturer’s warranty are handled per manufacturer terms.
  • Force Majeure: RasaMall is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, customs delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
