Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Regions
RasaMall primarily ships within India to all states and union territories. Temporary international shipping to Germany is available for a limited period — this will be clearly indicated on applicable product pages and at checkout. Once the Germany shipping window closes, orders will revert to India-only delivery.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 2–10 business days for processing and dispatch. International orders to Germany may require additional processing time due to customs documentation. Any special timelines will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeline

Germany (temporary) 10–21 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)
Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery to Germany is subject to German customs procedures and may be delayed by factors outside RasaMall’s control.

India:

Germany (temporary):
International shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is taken. All prices shown include applicable taxes.
5. Customs, Duties & Import
Taxes — Germany
For orders shipped to Germany:
Customs duties, VAT (Mehrwertsteuer), and import fees may apply upon entry into Germany and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
RasaMall is not responsible for delays caused by German customs clearance.
If a package is refused by customs or returned due to non-payment of duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details. Track your shipment via the courier partner’s website or app.
7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, RasaMall will attempt redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment if the failure was due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged on Arrival: Contact us at support@rasamall.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will coordinate with the courier and seller to provide a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner.
